We are excited to have Tex join our team of Yogis.

Tex believes Yoga is the science of the Self, and it allows for the ability to tap into the body’s inherent capacity for healing and transformation, and the practice’s link to self-realization.

In class, Tex leads his students into an opportunity to move stuck emotions, sense the flow of energy in the body, and ultimately observe the nature of the mind through a vigorous physical practice.

Students can expect work hard and deepen their practice. He leads a vigorous asana practice, and also includes ample opportunities for rejuvenation and restoration.
