He was very patient with my movements and provided excellent communication and corrections where they were needed. Duane made me feel very relaxed and comfortable during the whole session.

It was a soothing, healing, and pleasurable holistic experience. Duane commits his whole body, heart, and mind into his work. He was fully present throughout my session, and continually checked in with me. His technique was excellent and thorough. I loved how he seamlessly infused unique yoga and breathing moves into his approach. I did not want the session to end. I am deeply grateful to Duane for his generous, kind, and masterful massage. The MMX instructors continue to be great. Duane was great at first "checking in" about medical issues (areas of soreness, etc) and then taught me so much, constantly checking in, and making adjustments as necessary. He has such a calmness about him and explains everything as we moved through the hour.
His style is very different than Bryan's but equally as great. And, just like with Bryan, I woke up today sore (in a good way) but more importantly, NO back pain! (I normally wake up every day with some level of lower back pain/sciatica.) Can't wait for more sessions with both of them!

Despite having taken a few classes, I consider myself a beginner. It was never an issue cause he was very knowledgeable, gentle and firm, friendly and professional, precise and helpful. He went at a slower pace and kept a nice flow. I felt very relaxed during and after our session and left completely stretched. I can't recommend him enough.

Not only is he an adept and skilled yoga teacher; he’s also one of the kindest and most patient people I’ve met. His approach is based on identifying individual goals and intentions and custom building the practice around those targets. Working with him has given me more confidence around my own personal practice and provided me tools to hone in on achieving my individual goals.

If you’re looking to start your yoga journey or are more experienced and want to grow in your practice - Duane is an excellent partner. Highly recommend!
