Patrick is so caring with great energy. He asked what I wanted him to focus on and then he delivered using his whole body with an incredible combination of deep myofascial release and trigger point, stretching in ways I’d never been stretched before, and sensual strokes to get me to relax. His style is very rhythmic and intuitive, it’s easy to get lost in his flow while he listens to your body to know exactly what it needs and adjust on the fly. He also clearly knows body mechanics, he was able to give more pressure than I’ve gotten from people twice his size yet he still kept things soothing and intimate. Before the massage, my upper and lower body muscles were really tight from too much weights and running - and not enough stretching and yoga. Patrick broke through the tightness. Afterwards my muscles were released, and I felt elongated. My posture has been way better for days! His technique on the mat allowed for sustained pressure, and he checked in to calibrate it to the right level. About half way through the massage, I told Patrick he couldn’t move away from NY without teaching somebody else to do a Thai massage as well as he does.

Lovely disposition. I appreciated that he was very present, gentle, and communicative beforehand about his approach and offered space to discuss expectations, thoughts, any concerns and to make a connection with a “quality hug” before getting started.

I did enjoy his approach of using a comfy floor mat. He had a good sense of how to work on my trouble spots (knots in my traps).

Overall great. Will book him again.

His attention to detail was excellent, and his ability to read, to diagnose, and to help relieve my trouble areas was superb.
