  • Bryan received his 200 hour certification in 2011 and teaches all levels of vinyasa yoga from beginners to advanced to restorative.
  • His classes are playful, challenging, alignment-focused, and always set to a great soundtrack. Drawing from his experience of weightlifting, swimming, surfing (he is Hawaiian, always a plus), and running, Bryan uses the yoga practice to find balance, first physically then spiritually. Expect to use the breath just as much as you would your arms and legs and you’ll walk away feeling connected, rejuvenated, and light.
