Nathan (Yoga)

We are excited to welcome Nathan to MMX. Nathan received his 200hr yoga credentials 7 years ago with a focus on Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation.  What started as a yoga love affair has evolved into a passionate career teaching across Manhattan in multiple formats. 

Variety is his best teacher and asset.  Nathan is skilled in antigravity yoga, dance, TRX suspension training, ballet barre, strength training, boxing, and thai partner massage and draws from all these in conducting his classes.

Nathan's love of sports, background in dance, and passion to connect with others has guided him on this path.  His favorite symbol is the yin/yang representing balance and his classes, intention, and social media outlets reflect that.  

What to Expect:
You can expect a healthy dose of athleticism and relaxation, giving space for the basics and ample time for advanced asanas.  He shares with his students the ways to develop focus, find ease under pressure, and keep a light spirit. The class is open to anyone looking to lighten their spirit, dive deep into the inner body, breathe often, and smile during and especially after class :)
